Hoop Threadz is operated by Experience Advertising, Inc. We collect the name, email, delivery address and order details you provide to process your purchase and help with support.

Stripe processes payments. Card details are entered directly into Stripe checkout and are not stored on the Hoop Threadz website. We share the delivery information and selected products with Printful so it can produce and ship your order. Cloudflare hosts this site and stores order and optional signup records.

Your bag and popup preference are saved in this browser’s local storage. Checkout information is stored when you continue to payment, including if you do not finish paying. We retain order records for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Marketing signup is optional and separate from a purchase. If you opt in, we use your email for Hoop Threadz product and offer updates. You can unsubscribe using an email’s unsubscribe option or by contacting us. We do not sell your personal information.

We use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit signup abuse. In the U.S. and other regions where prior consent is not required, Google Analytics measures page views, product lists, product views, bag actions, checkout steps and purchases by default. Elsewhere, analytics stays off until you enable it using the preferences on this page. You can turn analytics off using the analytics preferences on this page. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional tracking off. We do not send your name, email, delivery address or payment details to Analytics.

If you choose Allow analytics & ads, Google Ads receives a purchase event with the order reference and merchandise value after payment is verified. Meta Pixel also receives page, product, bag, checkout and verified purchase events for measurement and relevant product remarketing on Facebook and Instagram. These events can include browser identifiers, page URLs, catalog item IDs, quantities and order value. We do not send your name, email, delivery address or card details in these events. Google and Meta may use their cookies and other identifiers according to their own policies. Analytics only keeps advertising storage and personalization disabled and does not load Meta Pixel. Essential only prevents Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel from loading. You can change your choice using the analytics preferences on this page. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services and review Meta's privacy policy. Provider checkout pages have their own privacy practices.

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained. The site is intended for adults shopping for themselves or their families; children should ask a parent or guardian to place an order.
