Hoop Threadz is operated by Experience Advertising. We collect the name, email, delivery address and order details you provide to process your purchase and help with support.

Stripe processes payments. Card details are entered directly into Stripe checkout and are not stored on the Hoop Threadz website. We share the delivery information and selected products with Printful so it can produce and ship your order. Cloudflare hosts this site and stores order and optional signup records.

Your bag and popup preference are saved in this browser’s local storage. Checkout information is stored when you continue to payment, including if you do not finish paying. We retain order records for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Marketing signup is optional and separate from a purchase. If you opt in, we use your email for Hoop Threadz product and offer updates. You can unsubscribe using an email’s unsubscribe option or by contacting us. We do not sell your personal information.

We use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit signup abuse. The store does not currently load advertising tracking pixels. Provider checkout pages have their own privacy practices.

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some transaction records may need to be retained. The site is intended for adults shopping for themselves or their families; children should ask a parent or guardian to place an order.
