Only your own likeness

This pilot is for adults 18 and older using a photo of themselves. You must own the photo or have the photographer’s permission to use it for AI processing and printed merchandise. Being in a photo does not necessarily mean you own the photograph.

No celebrity or team merchandise

Do not upload professional athletes, celebrities, influencers, another person, team logos, league marks, copyrighted characters, recognizable branded uniforms, or someone else’s artwork. We do not offer NBA, WNBA, or other licensed team merchandise through this tool. Do not attempt to imitate an athlete or pass off a design as official merchandise.

Review before ordering

Our team reviews the source photo, generated artwork and garment preview. We may reject a submission or ask for a different photo. Review does not give you a license to someone else’s rights, and automated checks cannot guarantee legal clearance. We do not use facial identification to determine who is in your photo.

Your photos and privacy

Photos and designs are stored privately and are available to you, authorized store reviewers and the service providers needed to create and fulfill your design. We remove photo metadata and send approved photos to OpenAI for image generation and safety checks. Approved production artwork is shared with Printful to create your garment. Your original photo is not included in the public catalog or product feed.

Designs that have not entered checkout and their source photos are removed after 90 days. You can delete a design from your account before processing or checkout begins. Once checkout has started, contact support to request deletion. Designs attached to checkout or orders are retained for fulfillment and customer support; contact evan@experienceadvertising.com for access or deletion requests. Order records may need to be kept for business recordkeeping.

Check your print

AI can make mistakes. Review your face, slogan, artwork, colors, garment and size before paying. The supplier garment preview shows intended placement. Fabric, screen color and print methods can affect the delivered appearance. Custom pieces follow our made-to-order return policy.

Limited pilot

One photo submission per account per day, subject to studio capacity. There is no payment at submission. No review turnaround time is promised during the pilot. Your order price and shipping are shown before payment.
